Weight Loss Blog 4

Today is actually my day 5, but I did not write a post yesterday because I was too tired.

Yesterday, Thursday, I had a banana and some pecans for breakfast. Then when I came home, I think I had some eggs. What I remember the most is fixing some more of the macaroni and cheese for the boys to eat and them not eating it and so as not to waste food, I ate it. Yesterday was not a good day in my book. But my dinner was on point.

Today was better. I started my day off with a 40 minute bike ride and then lifted some weights and worked on my abs. Afterward I had a green smoothie for breakfast. I did a single serve with greens, a banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter and stevia. I also ate some of the eggs and sausage I made for the kids.

For lunch I had a salad with strawberries, olives, pecans, and lemon juice. Then for dinner I had chicken, a sweet potato and some more salad. I actually chose ranch dressing for this salad because I wanted something different and I am getting tired of the lemon juice.

The night I ate the macaroni and pizza really messed me up, more than I thought. I hope I can stay on track from here on out and actually make some progress.
