Weightloss is not about perfection, but staying the course
It's day two of the green smoothie cleanse and I am eating chips for dinner. Do I feel bad about it? Not as bad as I used to. It's not about perfection, but finishing the race.
Today I drank two green smoothies, had boiled eggs and some peanutbutter for snacks, and of course chips (and some cottage cheese and blackberries) for dinner.
Overall, I'd say I did pretty well considering. Tomorrow is a new day and another chance to get it right. On a side note, I hope my Fat Fighters get here soon to help offset the affects of my getting off track.
